staff and 24/7 pool

paid ---$ for a christmas night room for my kids to swim and wasn't told till i checked in that the pool was

horrible parking lot. pot holes and divots everywhere.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was very good.

smoking rooms and 1st floor

problem was that i asked for a non smoking accommodation and the room was still hazy with smoke, the bedspread

next swimming pool glass door from bedroom out to garden staff was all amazing very friendly breakfast was

also wifi is on the keycard envelope which made it very convenient

breakfast was good except the eggs. they seemed like they were dehydrated and rehydrated

the hotel is located close to major highways and there was adequate parking either in front of the hotel or

except food right now because of the covid19 but they do supply coffee in the rooms plus for breakfast they give

the basic/complimentary wifi service is sluggish.

these rooms offer a small kitchenette for extended stay, would prefer not to have to make a special request to

expected an extended stay facility to have a stocked kitchen

didn't realize when we booked this hotel that there wasn't free wifi included

also parking costs 25$ per day and all the spots were taken all the time

just finding the entrance to the room on the back side for parking, was a challenge

wifi was horrible, lights in bathroom didn t work, poor shower head and toilet handle was broke

in a non-smoking room, there was the tell-tale odor of smoke

great location for us. very close to kids and grand kids.

the outdoor pool. wish you had a year round pool.

our kids even noticed and commented how extremely nice it was
