even though it was non smoking it smelled as someone smoked a whole box of cigarettes previously to our arrival

seemed to have rooms either side of ours, they seemed to think it was appropriate to let their kids run around

it cost us $55 taxi and uber was $40 wifi was spotty

problem was that i asked for a non smoking accommodation and the room was still hazy with smoke, the bedspread

i booked the non-smoking room however it smelled like smoke

we couldn t use the pool it was closed

very, very sparse breakfast area (also under construction), no gym and workers everywhere made a comfortable

convenient location, overall nice room and furnishing. easy to stay with pet.

it sounded as though they had kids and they were letting their kids stay up all night

the pool was over crowded with kids and appeared like it was the source of their baths

the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

i then called the front desk and they said no so i had to drag my kids out of bed with only fifteen minutes

didn t have time to spend longer and use the pool

kids were expecting a pan cake station during the breakfast

that we don t like but maybe to improve the heater in the pool, in the website says all year round so we expect

she got in the pool and was sick literally 5 hours later

no free wifi we had to go down to loby everytime we need internet

was a little early for check in so we had a lovely meal in the sports bar

we were able to go swimming with kids which was a plus for us

and the bed was super super comfy, the staff carried my bag and made sure i was on the right shuttle bus back

it s right across from the ord airport - pet-friendly, too.

the whole process was very smooth, and they handled a minor problem (one of our kids was playing with the safe
