very comfortable room, friendly staff and great breakfast

breakfast was lovely- they even made us fresh vegan sausages as we don t eat pork

breakfast was amazing, hot and fresh and good quality ingredients

arrival we were taken to our room through the bar which was quite busy but we used a side door after that which was much easier

decor... staff... bar ...log burner... room.. everything you expect and then a little more

wifi non existent in the room, had to go to the lounge to get wifi, which was very disappointing

dislike really but it would be more convenient if guests could pay against their room bill at the bar rather than having to return upstairs to fetch a credit card

only gripe is the wifi

so older kids did t sleep very

the wifi and tv are excellent, the bed comfy, the hotel is near a retail park so quite a few options

kids loved the bunk bed

the flight of stairs going to the breakfast room and the bar had no holds for the first three steps until one could reach the banisters

went above not just giving me the key but actually showing me where everything was and times for breakfast and location

no one in reception early so any help i needed was difficult as i had to go into the breakfast bar at least

also we were grateful to be allowed an early check in which was appreciated

parking just outside, if no spaces hotel supplies parking permit to park on the road

the facility was very clean. good wifi. rooms were nice. hot shower. tv selection excellent.

breakfast was good, shame no fried eggs! kids loved the pancakes. location was perfect

hope that this hotel has a swimming pool for kids,so they can spend time in rainy days

as i had asked for an early check in

(but there is wifi btw, practically speaking we all need (+) wifi worked very well (+) good, fast easy-access wifi (+)pretty property, comfortable rooms, lovely location, good wifi (+) rooms are clean, adequately furnished, comfortable with decent wifi but there are no tvs, the rooms are not cleaned/made up if you stay more than one night, (+)easy check-in, great wifi, comfortable, clean rooms and toilet facilities. would stay again (+) tea/coffee and wifi in room

with bikes ,and needed a hotel that we could store them ,very helpful stored them in the laundry room ,even when we had an early start he said wake him up to collect bikes defo use

the manager help accommodate for early check in and to store my bags for the day before i caught my train

the room was great, the location was fantastic, there was even a laundry on the next block

nothing.. the staff when contacted about early check in was rude and unhelpful

i loved that the staff remembered us from last time and my kids, lovely to chat too

travelling with more than 2 kids it is challenging to find reasonable priced places to stay

bed, plug socket next to bed on both sides, quick, easy check in, offered early check in, as i was already in town, easy walk to beach, to bus, to local shop, to pub

and comfortable stay for one night,the bunk beds where a little awkward getting on and off as the kids weren't used to

it is only a short distance from the family centre and beach for kids

all good but only a mini bar in the room would be a bonus.

gastro bar food was great, service was good for most part just a little lacking at other times
