we had an early start and missed breakfast which i had been assured by other guest in the bar was very good

we couldn t make wifi work in the room but this may have been our fault

internet wifi was superb the best i have experienced in a hotel

dislike really but it would be more convenient if guests could pay against their room bill at the bar rather than having to return upstairs to fetch a credit card

on-site parking at rear of hotel close to room was convenient and seemed secure

booked two rooms, well equipped but quite small, the pool time restrictions with kids is not ideal but understandable as the gym is a public membership facility and not just for

excellent free wifi, good tv and coffee/tea making facilities

was obviously a night where a kids sports club had checked in, and kids could be heard running up and down

the bar area was great, they had all manner of sports on

staff gave us a late check out so that we could change before travelling home

sampled lunch in the restaurant and had room service in the evening and all the food was really good, with prompt and friendly service

asked for early check in and was granted without a problem and no extra cost

ev charging facilities were busy all night and its only due to having some miles left to go to

we did find crumbs from our kids breakfast in there the following day

i liked the whole experience comfortable room easy parking friendly staff

with bikes ,and needed a hotel that we could store them ,very helpful stored them in the laundry room ,even when we had an early start he said wake him up to collect bikes defo use

and comfortable stay for one night,the bunk beds where a little awkward getting on and off as the kids weren't used to
