no wifi in room

we are local to the area, so i booked this for my wife to give her a night off from the kids

there's a lovely big park opposite the hotel which is ideal for walking the kids or the dog

the bar was busy as it was an event day at crystal palace, but we were served quickly

quality wifi, perfect tv in a cosy room, beds comfy, brew making facilities, great location by the hospital

bus to the metro, it will be more comfortable if you don't have a car, or just travelling with kids

some kids had got stuck in one of the lifts while we were trying to check in and emergency services were

a practical desk with sockets and good wifi allowed me to continue with work easily during my stay

the barman on the bar overworked did a fantastic job of serving everybody as quickly as he could

probably not the best for families with young kids if they plan to walk
