lovely hotel enhanced by being in a great location and having ev chargers on site

only other thing was that the ev chargers had been disconnected due to technical problems, which made the trip less convenient

the hotel has a very comfortable lounge/ bar area and there is a pleasant garden to the side of

and private huge place with good facilities and with restaurants laundry with 24 hr staff close by

fact there was not any kitchen utensils, so you could make own food there, as sometimes didn’t want to go out or order a

bed, plenty of room and had a laundry

and the corridors could do with some more consideration as it feels like you're stepping into the laundry/service area when you first step out of the lift on the upper floors

the receptionist about this and merely got a sorry this was the first night away from my kids and i was hoping for a good nights sleep, but it was terrible

keep having weird sounds from the wind, no heater in the toilet, laundry took very long time, light is not bright at all and we can t work

the views over avon gorge from our room, the restaurant and the bar are stunning

requested twin beds for teenage kids but received a very abrupt email stating twin not possible unless i upgrade to deluxe room at

apartment is so well thought out, all the kitchen facilities available not to mention a
