i asked for a late check out but was woken up early regardless

we would like to reuse our towels to avoid unnecessary laundry, but the towels were taken away anyway, despite

easy and early check in if they have rooms with nice view they recommend

room service dinner could have been hotter and more cutlery should have been sent for each course

breakfast was also fantastic - great selection of food, all tasted great too

had to go to the bar downstairs to get anything we needed

it would nice but walked in and it is extremely posh, bell hops, glass floor, two restaurants, gym, swimming
