we missed the pool

it was supposed to be an upgrade but it was dark, outdated, and the kitchenette was barely functional

was very small with kitchenette near bed

laundry available on site. people are friendly.

front desk helped with directions to the downtown, and on guest laundry usage

tried repeatedly to get room service on a wednesday night and it took over an hour to get through

room service/maintenance were accommodating as well

gym equipment for strength exercises was out of order and appeared to have been so for a long time

there had been a toaster in the kitchen

location and really friendly helpful staff when we stayed it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves

misleading about the free shuttle to canada place, we assumed you could return (it is only one way), luckily we had a car and

sauna needs about hour to warm up. but more than adequate gym.
