wifi not working

one of my pet hates i'm afraid

parking not enough spaces

not many parking places...we were lucky!

the staff were terrific and the breakfast outstanding

buzz the bar restaurant exceeded our expectations the food and staff could not have been better

breakfast was excellent not only choice but also the quality was

a few little extras in the kitchenette, like paper towels and a sponge, would have been nice

lovely bar and garden with excellent food

the parking was very useful and just a short walk from the centre

as we had a two night stay, we were offered a free room service

parking area was easy to access

where glad that cindy sorted out a place for our breakfast in the bar all tables full up in the main area due

it was easy to find and it had a spacious parking space

wifi worked well, and drinks and biscuits in the room were appreciated

the improvements to the pool area was a real treat

in the menus for lunch and dinner and same menu each day rooms a bit dated, overly warm outdoor pool too cold

was nice, but it was disappointing that kids were not allowed to use most of it, especially when the weather

the accommodations are above the inn, there is residual noise from inn/ bar patrons, but it wasn't anything too

ours was a duplex room with two single beds at the top for the kids and a double bed down below

pillows were not comfortable and the spa massages were not worth the prices as came out feeling like we had just

was small, neither of our phones could pick up the wifi and reception could not do anything, the lighting was

fact that richard ayoade was also there when i was at the bar and is just as awkward in real life as he is on

you are right in the centre of historic bath, roman spa and cathedral are just around the corner, nearby

t like that we had to pay extra for breakfast and it was the same price for everyone even the kids

when entering our room their was bags of dirty laundry in the hallway which made it feel like the staff didn

great, central location. clean with efficient, friendly staff and a quiet bar area.

value for money rooms small but adequate check in easy and our room was ready when we arrived early check in

right giggle and had to check the internet to work out which letters represented the number nine wifi was

if you don t like lots of narrow stairs, or if you have kids, probably best to book somewhere else

mini bar was empty and no dressing gowns if that bothers you!

only issue was that as my room was directly above the breakfast area the music playing can be heard in the room

around the pool area, there didn t seem to be much supervision, and unfortunately, some guests walked
