thank lisa, the front desk manager for her help in organising early check in so i could have day rest after a long overnight journey before my flight out of cle

from the reception it smells very bad with a lot of smoke, unsafe for any family with kids

so my kids missed out on schooling because of it

traveling whit my kids for two nights and no microwave and fridge

allowed us to do an early check in after our 6am flight was cancelled

the pool/sauna area is a bit isolated and unsafe at night

all the stay was good, but there where kids running the halls making all kinds of noise that was coming through to the walls and couldn't

kids hated it was no free breakfast they said why no free breakfast when you pay so much to

room 'spa kit' was wonderful

location from airport is great and staff with early check in were very accommodating

the pool and hot tub were really nice

also, as a person who uses (or tries to use) the shower grab bars: why do hotels put them where they cannot safely be used
