i wanted to surprise my partner with birthday decorations, etc, by going early

full kitchen

i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

check in was was easy peasy even wit the full st patty's day bar

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

staff were helpful, needed early check in and they helped with no problems

breakfast was generous and delicious

my room was with kitchen, nice coffee machine, micro-oven, refrigerator with freezer so i can get frozen foods

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

because it was an apartment it had a kitchen so you could make meals

i asked the staff/room service for almonds and she immediately said they don t have any, which is not possible as

they have a few pool toys (noodles, balls) for the kids to play with (+)the pool had toys for the kids (-) my three kids were disappointed not to have a morning swim (+) bit fancy for kids and offered a (+) pool was perfect for kids (-)many kids running around (-) (possibly paper towels from some kids that had been in there earlier) it looked like there could be a bit of re-tiling work that (-) kids were screaming and yelling making the stay not relaxing at (-)there are kids running around when it's weekend days and nights. (-)kids screaming and playing hockey outside of our room and running up and down the hallway

it would've been good to have some of things that were available on the room service menu available in the restaurant like pastries etc, especially for the younger ones

loved the underground parking, fitness center, service, size of room!

i was accomadated with early check in, the staff were very accomadating. rooms were clean,

hard unfortunately:( we booked about 3 months in advance and unfortunately we could not get a early check in when we asked

many thanks for the early check in, it made all the difference to my stay

amenities are limited. no breakfast, pool, and limited cable.

aircon, noisy fridge, curtains too small for window so let in light, bar shut at 10pm even tho posters advertising it as open till 11pm, housekeeping knocking on door
