hard unfortunately:( we booked about 3 months in advance and unfortunately we could not get a early check in when we asked

many thanks for the early check in, it made all the difference to my stay

i was accomadated with early check in, the staff were very accomadating. rooms were clean,

we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just a regular jet tub, nothing

not mind to pay extra for a late check out but wish they didn't knock on my door while i was asleep to pay right there and

was very grateful for the early check in.

spa attached but didn't have time to enjoy any treatments, maybe next time

didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but my husband was not pleased the first morning but said it was much better

check in and out was so smooth and the breakfast was an unexpected surprise

the staff accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated

i wanted to surprise my partner with birthday decorations, etc, by going early

room we were in had no windows, only skylights in kitchen

the kitchen is very functional, our dining table in the living room area went up and down with a hand

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

some noise from kids.

breakfast was good variety. the hot eggs, ect. weren't very hot. overall very good.

lady that worked in the breakfast room was really nice and friendly

the gym has very high-end equipment, including the earliest functional trainer i've used in a gym

we had requested early check in and they were happy to accommodate

the location was also great to visit both kitchener and waterloo, and it was a good base to visit the surrounding area, including niagara

location, parking and unit were all great for visiting kitchener comfortably.

kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

they accommodated our request for early check in so we could get

clean room, nice gym, great pool only stayed one night but could have stayed more.

they gave us an early check in. the room was large and the breakfast was very good.

early check in time was a real bonus the suites were spacious and well appointed

it should be commercial/gym model fitness room needs a fan to move

breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable.

bigger gym facility would have been nice, but i am glad there was an equipment room on premise
