staff accommodated my request for early check in and late check out due to the wedding events taking place at the property which i

the architecture is awesome the bar and restaraunt was great as well

to bar for sandwich & a draft beer before turning in and was shocked when the bill came to find the

bed was comfy and clean and hotel was nice big shaped castle kids loved it, loved the lobby area finished reading my book while siting there

we requested early check in which they did

everything was great. breakfast, gym, pool, hottub. room was spacious and very clean.

the breakfast provided a lot of healthful choices

hard bagel no juice for kids (provide apple juice boxes or some water) they just had coffee

water pool, breakfast and evening meals, super comfortable rooms, personable, sensitive staff

and answered everything, including changing from a 2 queen room to a 1 king and having an early check in

we arrived early and inquired about early check in

wanted to have early check in and asked when i booked did not get

small pool

we also liked the bar area altho the seat backs were not too comfortable

the cleanlieness and beatuiful decor and great beds and the mini bar is always a great touch.

there is a food tray with food and sensors that made me nervous with the kids

i use this motel when i travel with my dog since they are always welcoming and there is no pet fee, no long hallways to navigate with my dog

staff was not accommodating to a 40 min early check in because of this we will not

front desk person was great and the manager was outstanding he accommodate me with an early check in and a late check due to me going there because my husband had pre op that day we

great breakfast and clean facility and indoor pool. great upscale restaurant on property

shower did not have a grab bar for safer exiting

the temperature of the pool was great, the gym was awesome and a great staff

early check in was available even though i had forgotten to tell the hotel in advance

stay was nice. great for people with kids and pets. spacious, pet friendly.

gym equipment is poorly maintained and needs a good cleaning.

she needed to turn on the kitchen oven to do that

we liked the sitting area, closet space, kitchen, ample parking and comfortable bed

we especially enjoyed the cookies offered at check in, and an early check in

wifi in room was sub-par. all else was very good.

the room service coffee was especially good and deliverd hot

doubletree hotels had daily housekeeping but this one, you had to request when you wanted your room serviced

provided me with early check in when i arrived at noon

the front office lady luana was excellent. got me a room quickly despite being an early check in

the two bedroom apartment was spaciously equipped with a full bath and full kitchen.

if all of that gets boring a 15min ride to the casino is always a 24 hour option

was officiating a wedding same day as check in, property accommodated early check in
