i requested a late check out which they very kindly allowed

no early check in as agreed, again no staff it's not a leisure centre, it has on small room with gym

but, when we explained that we were going to a funeral, they pulled out the stops to give us an early check in and also booked a taxi for us

reception was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and friendly , accommodated an early check in as i was going into cardiff, couldn't have been more helpful

very accommodating, early check in and held luggage on departure day

we can recommend the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room; and the gym has everything you need

amazing location, beautiful looking hotel, had an early check in without being charged.

also told me he would charge for early check in even though you had a ton of rooms available and it was 40 minutes early
