stated they have a policy about towel reservations at the pool but didn't stick to this

we loved the different pools we could go to along with pool bars but our favourite as being all adults was the roof top bar

room service food (except for the caesar salad) could have been better (+) biggest pro is the gastronomy, from the room service to the rooftop cocktails to el rincon, san ho, il boccacino and the royal breakfast - (-)room service team, never picked-up the phone when they are called (-)the only thing that would be great is a better room service menu but its a very minor thing. (-) but whenever we asked for that, they never brought it, and we had to order from the room service, and they charged us for it (-) food outside of fine dining on this side of the hotel - we were offered only room service (-)were told room service is 24 hrs and the day of check in we din get any room service at 12 in the morning (-)things in the car she sent the bellboy to make sure we don t leave without paying our outstanding room service amounts (-) we got room service on the 29th, 6pm (+) staff were attentive and the 24hour room service was great, building is very 'instagrammable' and has everything you need for a (-) i also dropped a bottle of vodka given to my by the room service that i paid 70 euros for and then cleaned it up myself

there is a tennis court (additional fee) which is very nice, and a gym that is free and open 24/7 (-)gym needs updating - no music and very inadequate air conditioning (-)- early every morning - then no one turns up until late in the day - main thing for me was the gym - very small - 6 people in gym and it s full - 5 work / weight stations - 5 cardio machines / (+) gym was nice and cool with good variety of equipment (+) spa, gym and paddle courts were great (+) i did enjoy the gym whose unique layout combines indoor and outdoor spaces; it offers a reasonable selection of (-)gym has a nice view, but is not well equipped at all (i have more stuff at home) - you can hear the (+) gym, padel, multiple pools, easy access to beach, pool table, quiet areas, great bar and space in (+)facilities - gym padel spa (+) the gym was good (-) maybe a stair master in the gym too
