to be provided every day with one bottle of water( and not just on arrival day) and the mini bar to be unlocked ( at least to have some ice cubes) (+) a special shout-out to christofer, javi, and gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality (+) mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily in the all inclusive package (-)only negative thing we have to say is that the pool-side bar did not make very good drinks (-) the evening bar only had one person taking orders (-) the mini bar was locked which is a bizarre concept (-) in piano bar was great with service and drinks (+)great restaurant & bar staff especially

there are two outside pools

the staff, the views, the sense that the hotel was not overcrowded, the beach access, the small golf area, the pools, the gym, and the spa

walk in wardrobe, sitting area plus private balcony overlooking the accessible mini golf course

another disadvantage - there is no wifi in the room
