the small touches were incredible - a welcome card on the desk, takeaway hot drinks cups in the kitchenette, toiletries, lots of towels - just a really really nice place to stay

they don't offer food but there is a communal kitchen but each room has a microwave and fridge and there are various stores locally

even have use of a communal kitchen if needed

however i found the staff in the spa treatment area were not as pleasant and the treatment was rushed & not at all relaxing

rooms were spot less & the outdoor heated spa was fab

could do with a little more continental breakfast choice ie cheese, meats and croissants etc

to dislike really big if i was going to be really picky, a full buffet style breakfast like they do at hoarcross hall would be nice

you time it wrong, you could be left waiting in a queue to check into the hotel or spa

leisure facilities in the club were amazing, top gym with all the best kit, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub brilliant
