there was a comfortable sofa in the lounge and the wifi signal was good

pretty clean,has a great parking area behind the flat and gorgeous kitchen to cook your own food if anyone has its own

number 70 has lots of windows looking over grass at the back and out onto to the grass and parking area to the front

the small touches were incredible - a welcome card on the desk, takeaway hot drinks cups in the kitchenette, toiletries, lots of towels - just a really really nice place to stay

the shared kitchen was a pleasant surprise and a group of us sat in there to eat our takeaway

they don't offer food but there is a communal kitchen but each room has a microwave and fridge and there are various stores locally

used the communal kitchen (which was very clean) to make some dinner rather than have a take away

check-in and checkout, clean, communal kitchen if required with washer and dryer
