it's a more traditional and smaller hotel so be weary that the room service finishes when the chef finishes and leaves for the night

walk between reception and the outside door to room 12 unfortunately closely passes the parking space for the laundry collection van not a pretty sight

breakfast was the best in a hotel we have had

wifi signal in our room (second floor) was patchy, and mobile phone reception in the area was (-)difficulty accessing the wifi initially (+) the tv was bigger than most and the wifi excellent (+)excellent breakfast, and local cider comfortable, good wifi and tv reception excellent shower. (-)wifi was a bit intermittent in pepperpot. but loved it all otherwise. (+) free wifi was great and very easy to connect to (-)wifi signal in the attic rooms but that's simply me being picky (-) note they don't do food all day and wifi is free but not great

the bar had a good selection of beers and was very reasonably priced

we woke up to a great breakfast selection, we opted for the nice hearty porridge, yummy ud83dude0b mixed toast and coffee

garden for the kids, lambs a lambing and ten pins to bowl them over , fine ale and v decent breakfast

staff were so helpful and friendly the hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfy excellent bar and both the evening meals and breakfast was

in the bar was a little noisy, but we booked late and had a dog so wouldn't expect anything else

a great dining experience for evening dinner and super breakfast too

they normally do not service room service for breakfast - but as a special request for getting ready in the morning, they brought breakfast to

the food, both dinner and breakfast were insane

get a drink at the bar after our meal, only one member of staff on doing cocktails so we gave up and went to bed
