i brought caviar to my room for new years eve and room service brought me all of the condiments ( chopped onion, egg whites and yolks, etc (+)from the valet to the front desk, concierge to room service, the staff was exceptional. (+) it has room service and the pool and jacuzzi are open (*) eating out on the patio or having room services was delicious (*) my sons said room service was awesome (-) two out of the three room service meals i had went straight into the (+)did not like that you have no food room service late hours (+)room service breakfast was delicious and waited only 30 minutes each time (-)the room service menu could use an update!! hardly any options. (-)breakfast room service was extortionate at $80 for 2 people! and it wasn't even that great.

as a country, the staff here made our stay as comfortable as possible & we were able to enjoy the pool as well as food & drinks to go

i booked this hotel for my daughters and there kids so we could have a day at the beach on mother's
