pool shallow and cold breakfast is way too expensive and is not good with a very long wait for food

glass of pinot noir at the hotel bar was $15 dollars

like that the person who answered the phone when i confirmed our reservation i asked there was a shuttle, and

allergies attack also, we are given a room where near the pool, across and upstairs there are kids running

they have a great whirlpool and regular pool

enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a waffle station that the kids loved

granddaughter enjoyed the pool break in the afternoons

would have liked room service even though we didn't spend much time in the room

whom we had to take out periodically, we had to also go to a laundromat nearby because their laundry facilities

was delicious, the waffle making area was congested with kids so i wasn't too happy with that because we waited

irvine's facilities are the best, coffee in the room, great wifi, 24hr marketplace, good bar and nice pool

were very friendly and accommodating, was able to gain early check in which is wonderful after such a long flight

the food and drinks at the bar were great. the room clerk waived my parking fee.

they would ve specified parking rates, and that the pet deposit is non-refundable

charge $100 for a pet which is way too pricey compared to the westin which is a few blocks away that don't charge

never delivered without me calling down to get it and once it was delivered with another persons laundry

we walked to this hotel with kids with no problem

there wasnt a coin machine provided for the laundry facilities & the front desk didn''t have

had to many drunk collage kids running through the hallways

not playing (i enjoy kids having fun) for hours
