room was large and airy easy of the wifi and the fact it was right has i am disabled and easy to get to

amazing value for money. free parking a bonus. the whole hotel was spotless.

was able to secure early check in and late check out which was very, very much appreciated after a long journey

the room was satisfactory, and one plus point is that laundry facilities are provided

even the bar staff we're so friendly and helpful

the water was a great temperature for kids and we almost had it to ourselves on both swims

in one of the rooms (room 28) the view is immediately and closely facing outside the hotels dirty laundry which is often left all hanging out of the place they put this waiting for collection - not (+)in a couple of times the view out right outside of the room's window was one of the hotel's dirty laundry waiting to be collected (-) lack of choice of eggs at breakfast no laundry facility for long term (-) could not open curtains in the morning as laundry cages were being moved around immediately outside our window (-)a high floor but was put on the ground floor with a view of the laundry carts and nothing else
