traveling with an college sports team and we had a lot of needs -- late check out, luggage storage, getting rooms together, lost card keys, team meals at odd hours,

the sliding glass door did not lock & the security bar was not placed to keep the room secure prior to me entering

6 kids (6 - 14) unmasked running in hall all nite and no experienced staff at the desk
