all rooms had phones which meant when i wanted room service i had to go to reception to order

me and my mum took my grandma, kids & partner for a overnight stay, dinner was amazing

lifts to higher floors. with luggage and kids in tow, stairs not easy.

wanted a relaxing swim but got to the pool and it was full of lane swimming lessons and kids

so with two adults and two kids it meant that you couldn’t access the wardrobe or tea and coffee facilities because the

vending machines were out of order and the bar only sold water in cans at an extortionate

the facilities are great my boys loved the soft play area and the swimming pool
