is very hard to fault any aspect of our stay or the service, both in the bar and for breakfast

the pool and spa are delightfully luxurious

the afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner in the astor grill were delicious

kids allowed in the bar at 1030 so didn t want to get a drink, only negative

parking was no trouble at all

the check-in was pretty quick and grovefield hotel had accepted our early check in

wifi signal strength was very weak - it kept switching off which was frustrating

wifi was strong and easy to connect to, so overall it was good value for money and i would stay

food was great however we was expecting a buffet breakfast

wifi wasn't working when i arrived but was quickly fixed

other than that all was good with room service supplying clean towels daily and making the bed and emptying bins etc

to say there's nothing bad about the hotel if you have business visitors earlier breakfast might be a good suggestion i wouldn't worry i enjoyed everything and so did my boyfriend

only thing he uses is the jacuzzi but that was out of order, this was our first time away from kids and we had to get up early to go for breakfast

only issue was wifi did not work in the room, staff all tried to help but instead i brought my son to the main
