the hotel was beautiful and going in the pool was funny. we had a great time

i was very pleasantly surprised to discover we had washing machines and dryers for laundry on each floor

asked for early check in and didn’t get it when i arrived

with hypodermic needles drug paraphernalia trash the hallways smell of something sour rotten this laundry being done 24 hours a day you can hear it all night long in your room the staff is not

a lot of work elevators dirty divots in the floor of elevators, ice room laundry area dirty, ceiling in bathroom was pealing, just looked unkept

service is superb, from early check in to an additional birthday amenity for my son s birthday

being able to reserve a time for the pool and gym was also different and great

rachel at the front desk was excellent- we asked her if we can swim in the pool after hours
