great pool, spa and sauna

spa didn't look to inviting

the pool was not available for 2 days and the spa had a bad musty smell

good breakfast, nice large pool and everything was great.

is a great location, pool & hot tub were clean and a lot if fun with our kids & we liked having it to ourselves

i liked the charm of the hotel and enjoyed the spa tub immensely!

there was a portable heater, if needed, and a small refrigerator in the room, plus free wifi

we came on a thursday so we had to park down the street in a parking lot

parking is offsite a few blocks away, but not a huge deal.

parking is free but is street parking in downtown

the worker checking on the spa was very aggressive gave a bad vibe

the grounds were beautiful and ruby's spa was perfect

soaking pool and spa on site. beautiful fall colors and vineyards and excellent breakfast.

people were often gathered smoking right outside the hotel which was a major downside for my kids walking in

had to reserve pool & spa had it all to my self the 6am breakfast was good staff very helpful.

were unable to use the pool/spa due to the need to schedule a time and the slots were all full

had many hour and many options for all kids of diets

breakfast was good. need more hot chocolate packets for the kids!

gym equipment didn't work and i wish for breakfast they served more sausages

liked the indoor pool and spa because it was very relaxing and fun

i checked below the mattress and all was sparkling clean there

to the corona virus policies in place there was no regular breakfast and the exercise/spa facilities were closed

wanted to go to the pool but she noticed the water wasn't clean we took a look it was rather murkey so she didn

it was, it was disappointing that breakfast was not free with the stay, no pool nor hot tub nor spa as advertised

tv option. bar in lobby. clean. cocoa bar in the lobby was a nice touch too

also, there were groups of disorderly school kids staying throughout the hotel in need of parental supervision

breakfast time was somewhat of a zoo (space and food)but think it was due to large holiday crowds (-)i wish that

there is ample parking in the front and back of the building, with entrances on both sides

even called ahead to make sure they had a guest laundry

wifi has to be reset every day. i did not realize iwas no longer on wifi

the outdoor pool area was nice and the weight room was fresh and clean

wifi is not secure. beds too soft. laundry machines need maintenance.
