it was, it was disappointing that breakfast was not free with the stay, no pool nor hot tub nor spa as advertised

parking lot was not lit well

lastly, room service is only provided every other day

also, there were groups of disorderly school kids staying throughout the hotel in need of parental supervision

we usually look for a hotel with the pool but my family did enjoy the spa both nights we stayed

i can't think of a single other thing this hotel is lacking other than a swimming pool

stay was very nice, we had to change room due to our loud kids but they made it very easy an quick

all of the staff were friendly. breakfast was amazing and great healthy choices for the kids .

the pet friendly room smelled badly of dog and the easy chair was stained

we booked because it advertised a spa when we got there there was no spa.

the pool is large and the spa was popular and the breakfast was a nice addition

the swanky feel, the beds are comfortable, the spa is wonderful and the staff are very friendly

the pool and spa but it closes at 9pm and is very busy with children

but for me, having my own little spa day- enjoying nicer snacks in my robe after a steam room would be great

i loved the food from room service as well

our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself

it's a somewhat gritty area, but lots of bars and restaurants in the area - nearby my favorite spa 'knot springs

there is a discount if you stay at the kex for a spa nearby and that was so great too

hotel with a very cool bar etc on the ground floor, in a great location would certainly stay here

the exterior is really nice, staff very friendly and great bar opened till midnight!

parking expensive, bar closed early on weekdays, spa facilities could have been better.

i personally wish the pool was deeper or had a hot tub/jacuzzi or spa type amenities for the price

a hot tub with the pool; wish there was room service; pool open later than 10 pm would be

only one restaurant and was closed on sunday and monday. no room service.

is updated and facility is clean the impossible burger at jack rabbit was amazing latte at coffee bar yummy

they charge too much for parking. also they advertise a pool and spa which they do not have

prices of room service and the prices of food at the restaurant were a bit more than i expected

not a family hotel, no pool. this place is for business travelers.

plenty of places to eat around the hotel but the bar inside the hotel is nice as well

there was not bath tub but a nice shower nice bar we enjoyed the hot pretzels loved it there

there are bunk beds, this is not like a hostel, you do not have a kitchen to make you own food
