missed the shower at the pool/spa area

i didn't like that the spa that was advised didn't work properly

i also loved that you can book the pool for your own time slot

in the breakfast

that the view was not of a parking lot or street but of a wooded area

i’m a little confused why booking has it as a no kids allowed policy as there were several kids there

a few glitches with wifi, but eventually worked fine.

there is a discount if you stay at the kex for a spa nearby and that was so great too

our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself

the bar was great with a great selection of local drinks

they have a hopping bar and the best guinness outside of ireland

we enjoyed the pool/spa and a wonderful complimentary breakfast with tons of options

breakfast was nice. pool was popular. start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.

wifi was extremely slow and the location was a little ways away from the downtown scene

spacious room, continental breakfast, the mini store down stairs, the pool and gym area, the included kitchenette

got locked out of our room after a concert with a few kids

bed bugs. the pool was like gravel at bottom. both my kids got cuts on their feet

for the breakfast, the waffles were delicious and you can also take cereal with milk, highly recommended

dorm is a big area and stairs to the bathroom and kitchen meant you tend to hear what everyone else is doing

suggestions to make it even better, adding some cutleries and plates to public bunker room s kitchen, and

thought the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, cozy - we really enjoyed the coffee/breakfast/drink bar in the lobby
