great location for dinner theater and arboretum. nice to have spa open till midnight

the spa tub motor made plenty of noise but very little water was from the jets

waffles were extra fluffy and the whirl pool was wondrous and rescued my aching bod

kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great, and location was awesome

jacuzzi was nice but our tv went out multiple time could not enjoy a movie and the wifi would be super slow and

dirty hall carpet. spa closed. nonchalant staff no heat in room

to someone about getting a room with a spa tub and he told me the wrong room and then they didn t have any

kids were disappointed they could not go in hot tub but adults understand the rule

i loved the fireplace and jacuzzi in my room.

the pool also had a water slide which was a lot of fun to use too, even for two grown adults

we got to the hotel, i brought my confirmation along and our room was supposed to have a fireplace and a hot

no grab bars inside shower. kids yelling and the loud echos in the pool area.

parking was not available

didn t like how the parking lot wasn t plowed at all during the snow storm which made it hard to get in and

the quietness and the hit free breakfast.

lot of people took up two parking spaces because they didn t stay within the lines not a lot the hotel can do

had to leave early 5am and loved the to go breakfast bags! great idea!

there was nothing that we didn't like. staff was friendly and plenty of parking.

and from the street we can hear the air condition from all the rooms and at the parking garage

a little expensive for the area and we were disappointed the bar was open until 11:00 pm but the kitchen closed

parking ramp is a maze, parking a large suv could be trying. our view was the roof.

affordable, good location, nice pool/hot tub & sufficient workout room, friendly staff & great breakfast

we didn't use the pool/hot tub because of this which was a bummer for the kids

a bit small and no sofa bed or room for a roll away so with kids age 9 & 11 i would need 2 rooms
