after long workdays, the clean and quiet swimming pool provided the ideal spot for me to decompress

card reader was in-op on outside door by pet area so door was unsecured all night.

wasn t that big of a deal because i was able to hang out in the lounge area and use the free wifi

very clean and quiet hotel. breakfast had a good selection of food.

loved the breakfast, my room that had a mini fridge and a microwave, the pool room which was lined with cider

restaurant was good (brunch buffet), 3rd floor bar was a little pricey, but we'll made drinks

dirty hall carpet. spa closed. nonchalant staff no heat in room

the staff was most excellent and they helped me out a lot with cleanliness and laundry among other things

the breakfast is top notch and you can t beat the cookies at check-in, the fruit infused water

would of like to use the pool but got there late that night and had to leave in morning right away

they love the pool with the water slide

great location for dinner theater and arboretum. nice to have spa open till midnight

the spa tub motor made plenty of noise but very little water was from the jets

made the reservation because i was told it was just across the parking lot from the theater we were planning

it was a little hard to get to the hotel with the shared parking lots.

there is a restaurant that shares the parking lot called houlihans with excellent food

parking ramp is a maze, parking a large suv could be trying. our view was the roof.

paper towels in kitchen. garbage cans in kitchen, bedroom, living areas.

a little expensive for the area and we were disappointed the bar was open until 11:00 pm but the kitchen closed

great staff, resturant, front desk, easy parking.

on ceiling, doors didn't lock properly, spa was broken

spa and hot tub were so low on water the jets sprayed in the air

to someone about getting a room with a spa tub and he told me the wrong room and then they didn t have any

here after attending a concert at mystic lake casino right down the road because we didn t want to spend $35

was good and servers super helpful and friendly rooms clean and comfortable pool clean and warm kids loved it

indoor pool was nice but a little bit cold for the grandkids, although it was warmer than many other hotels i

we will stay here again & again when we head down to the casino

location was great, was quiet at night, gym was clean.

no grab bars inside shower. kids yelling and the loud echos in the pool area.

was so friendly and the breakfast was worth every penny of the stay

while we were there the first night, school kids for a sports trip were staying there and were loud/ running

the lift wasn t working at the pool so that wasn t very handy for my handicapped son
