paper towels in kitchen. garbage cans in kitchen, bedroom, living areas.

thought the price was a little expensive for the area and we were disappointed the bar was open until 11:00 pm

paying xtra for wifi, only there to sleep so barely used plus xtra charge is a waste of money

i loved the location, the staff were pleasant and the parking was free

planned everything for the bachelorette party and made the bookings, but was getting done at the spa last, so

suite layout which included a full kitchen where we could prepare our meals, as i had just had outpatient eye

we enjoyed the option to cook/reheat our food in the kitchen.

from checking in to the breakfast room we felt very welcome and well taken care of

breakfast was great but the room is very small and there were a lot of people so i had to eat

very dark rooms with poor natural light. the access to the spa has a separate access fee

for the price, i think the spa facilities should be included in the price.

the place is clean, spacious and has a warm, classy and cozy vintage feel

could use a little more security or watchful eyes on the lobby at night with the bar

not alot of kids there so i felt like a wanted a more friendly environment for a child

room service was expensive, menu was on the tv and food not worth the money spent.

there is not a pool, spa or rooftop deck of any sort.

gym was 'so-so' for a 4 start hotel & piped music way too loud

the room was nice, and the bed comfortable. also, the downstairs bar was very elegant.
