spa was down our entire stay

room was not upgraded, bad fridge and baseboards cracked, ripped curtains, spa was out of order, no hot water

the last 7 years and i am pretty knowledgeable on pricing, deposits, booking options, parking, spa treatments,

very homey super comfortable bed loved the room spa was amazing

to this wuhan virus, the pool, spa and restaurant were not open to the public

i m just really bummed they didn t have a laundry on site

same breakfast everyday.

and the bedroom was in the back with a separating door for those that want to separate from their kids or other

i like the spa tub in the room, the size of the bed, and the standing shower.

very disappointed that the spa does not get warmed up until after 4pm

with good weather going to waste , no notes made on website during booking, and bath was old spa with part

wife and i stay in the spa room every weekend and we always enjoy ourselves

my son did not like the gym. but i thought it was adaquate for one night.

i had to wait for maybe 25 minutes with two sleepy kids for the return of the bus

i own an ev and selected the hotel for a night on a road trip specifically for the ev chargers on site

they had a pool and spa very good
