reserved a room with a spa tub and water was lukewarm never got hot

had paid for a room with a spa tub and too my surprise i got a room that was under construction and had no

requested 2 extra towels because i had the spa room and was told by staff, they only give 2 towels a day per

spa in the room and the shower was amazing bed was super comfortable and pillows were the most

the spa and water was comfortable

spa wasn t ready. room had left over food from last guest. not accurate w price and room

i was disappointed to see the spa all full of green mold ud83eudd22

it's in a nice area it's by everything it's a lot of eating places around you can also get room service i'm at

my kids loved it, i wasn't a huge fan, but it worked

i had payed for a spa bath room and the room they assigned me to didn t have one

they also are very pet friendly which is such a nice thing as i am able to bring my best friend along without

room was not upgraded, bad fridge and baseboards cracked, ripped curtains, spa was out of order, no hot water

with good weather going to waste , no notes made on website during booking, and bath was old spa with part

spa was half full and cold, no mention at check-in when asked front desk for towels

very disappointed that the spa does not get warmed up until after 4pm
