not many parking places...we were lucky!

treatments in the spa and advice and follow up given after the treatment

the spa was great and good facilities lovely indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus great outdoor pool

we had a delightful room and the staff in both hotel and spa could not have been more helpful

were under the impression that there would be an in-house spa treatment facility

we paid for spa treatments in our room and had, dined in the restaurant with was excellent and used the pool

lovely staff, quirky building,brilliant location, no problem parking, nice garden

pool is a fantastic addition to the already lovely location, the bed was huge and soooo comfy

pool could have been warmer and spa area could do with updating.

i was greeted by friendly receptionist sue who gave me advice on the sauna and spa facilities and the history

the website it states sauna hot tub and gym spa pool available throughout your stay

on reception was extremely accomading, very friendly and made our stay even better, the spa area could do with

the spa was everything you need to wind down and the staff were extremely professional and made me feel

the spa is small but amazing and the property itself is like being at home.

the staff made it exceptional, the rooms, the spa and the restaurant were perfect and i can't wait to go back

only gave hot water for a short time & spa bath wasn't working but the owner paul apologised & said he was

illuminated spa bath

unfortunately, the corridor outside the room constantly smelled of frying from the kitchen

to a kitchen malfunction there was a very limited menu and our chosen dish had to be returned as it was

there was excellent breakfast included, the bus for bath left directly outside, and the town is very cute

breakfast was super tasty and well presented everything about this hotel was 10/10 absolutely spot

the pub and the fireplace makes the whole experience magical

absolute best thing was the spa (mostly due to the ridiculously comfortable robes

the spa bath was out of order, but even if working we wouldn't have used it as the all looked rather

fab location very near to city centre/our concert venue & bath spa train station (partner has had 2 strokes so

would have been nice if there were pool or spa facilities

however if you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour service, swimming pool and spa this is not for you otherwise

we usually stay at the bath spa hotel but we weren't using all the facilities so we felt it wasn't good value

location is excellent. very extensive cooked breakfast menu with quality ingredients.

we did not use the bar and courtyard area, but this looked a very pleasant space

tough to fault - not much availability for spa appointments and the bar closed a little early for us

think it would be great to have a way to add gratuity to your spa treatment

we highly recommend afternoon tea at the hotel as well as booking spa services
