spa wasn t working

cleanliness. the pool, sauna and gym were opened this time. we love it

the pet fee is also quite expensive for what is offered

very helpful staff, comfortable room and easy parking.

the parking lot was very icy.

asked about the spa services and i was given a very vague response such as i need to take a shuttle - ok where

views - easy to taxi / drive into the city - went early july and had the tennis courts, bikes and spa facilities

the facility has everything anyone could possibly want, a beautiful pool and spa area, beachfront, lake, canoes

spa massages available in the hotel.

great spa for relaxation

the microwave and coffee machine were a nice bonus airport shuttle service was punctual, professional and

kids hockey tournament. elevators were playgrounds. but hey!!! i was a kid once too. haha

free parking and few shuttle if you need it

shuttle person from the airport was extremely rude and aggressive, there wasn t much food to eat

the kids thought the pool was okay to swim in

staff never informed us of times for the breakfast or wifi information

the hallways are a bit too dark at night. the parking lot is also dimly lit.

nice walking trail at the refuge. wifi provided.

despite a full house it was extremely quiet and parking was free

excellent breakfast...great restaurant next door...excellent view of the river...

the water in the hot tub in the spa was toxic

spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

there was no laundry bag

the staff very pleasant and appreciated that, unlike other airport hotels i checked out, the bar / restaurant

downside is that the last photo (the one with the gym facility and spa) they posted on booking is very misleading

if it had a pool for kids, that would be awesome!

i did not have a chance to explore hotel facilities and try breakfast; the hotel prepare easy breakfast to go

the lady who cooked our eggs in the morning so helpul and lovely with our kids

gym closed due to covid but price of the room was still the same

had a spa that was never open that s why want to book that hotel

early check in was available, we drove from nova scotia 12 hours and were exhausted but great

size room, very clean and renovated with newer bathroom, parking in front of entrance to room, newer appliances

the motel was also located next to a bar with screaming yelling drunks in the parking lot all evening

were quite pleased with our one-night stay - it is a standard motel setup with parking in front of our door,

staff was horrible, restaurant was closed, spa was closed, no room service, just horrible

of fresh towels in the spa area and very slow breakfast service ( more than an hour wait for a simple

charming, the fireplace is electric but it add a good mood in the room, and of course some heat

we traveled with our pet and we had luggage, it was very uncomfortable, the room was very hot, we should have

and commercial areas; available and engaging staff, happy to accommodate a generous request for late check out

i highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup
