love the place, a pool for relaxation, the breakfast was superb

as stated before, no wifi, in the morning we were able to connect for few minutes and suddenly disconnected

the water in the hot tub in the spa was toxic

spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

had a spa that was never open that s why want to book that hotel

thing i can think of is the frequency of the airport shuttle

late check out until 6:30 pm for just 50 cad

good thing was pet was welcomed

asked about the spa services and i was given a very vague response such as i need to take a shuttle - ok where

i had booked myself for a spa massage and it was absolutely fab

the location and the ease of parking. the pet fee was also reasonable.

could have picked up the laundry in the room instead of having guests haul laundry to reception.

i am vegan and minimal food options in restaurant for breakfast.

gym was open and kids enjoyed trying out the equipment/burning some energy from being cooped up all day

also the late check out fee with my next flight being so late in the day

i highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup
