the only time this was a real issue was ordering room service

the beach club was so beautiful, infinity pool overlooking such a beautiful beach

was no resturant or bar front recieption was was very minimal

beautiful premises with very nice views and a beautiful pool

only that i had to wall a little to the pool & beach but is good anyway

breakfast is top notch, buffet you have a bit of everything highly recommend

i would have liked self-serve snacks by the pool

been making it a priority to hire highly trained staff and improve their amenities, restaurants, spa services,

and pool were excellent

we had to go to the bar for our own drinks 2 days in a row

also add, great gym facilities new and plenty of choices for my daily workout

beautiful spa with a cold dip and giant relaxation area

if you don t have kids don t go there hotel need to be refurbished big time

clean, great activities for kids especially the day care all very secure

restaurant was bad, the pool outside our room wasn t maintained enough and there were always kids in the adults

they said i have to pay extra for the kids

the magic show was the best for having kids be engaged and watching every movement

the family pool was perfect for our kids who are not very confident swimmers yet

my husband and i love fun games by the pool. this resort doesn t do that but not a big deal.
