great parking facility and electric car charging point was great as we had travelled in our electric car

just a short walk from both the town centre and the lake, with the added bonus of free on-street parking

spa had a heating issue which was soon fixed but not in time for us to thoroughly enjoy it

only small point of note was the water temperatures in the spa - too warm in the pool and cold in the jacuzzi

i was too lazy to go down and ask so i went to the spa looking like i was wearing a ten tear old's robe

bar could do with a bartender as the honesty bar did not work for me

spa access is only 8-10am and 7-9pm which we weren t aware of

the massage we received at the spa was very professional and thoughtfully used aromatherapy
