we had very enjoyable spa treatments

the spa was great and good facilities lovely indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus great outdoor pool

we paid for spa treatments in our room and had, dined in the restaurant with was excellent and used the pool

were under the impression that there would be an in-house spa treatment facility

was very very hot which wasn’t great for kids washing hands

wasn't a continuous path between the disabled parking and our room, even though it was the wheelchair accessible

pool was lovely but when we went to use it, there was swimming lessons going on for kids

the spa was gorgeous and i can t wait to go back, definitely one of my all time favourite hotels

the spa is small but amazing and the property itself is like being at home.

room 18 absolutely amazing private garden with hot tub then gate straight out to heated pool and spa we had room

they prebooked a session in the spa and evening dinner

spa facilities hit the spot, helping us to relax and fully enjoy the stay

pillows were not comfortable and the spa massages were not worth the prices as came out feeling like we had just

spa was brillient and perfect for what we wanted room was lovely

absolute best thing was the spa (mostly due to the ridiculously comfortable robes

however we were going to the spa so not planning to spend any length of time in the rooms

is in a prime location being just short walk from bath spa train station and overlooking the pretty bath city

the room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, equipped with a luxury spa bath and waterfall shower

the spa was extremely relaxing and top service

i had a pregnancy massage in the spa and i felt very relaxed and cared for

tough to fault - not much availability for spa appointments and the bar closed a little early for us

we highly recommend afternoon tea at the hotel as well as booking spa services

think it would be great to have a way to add gratuity to your spa treatment

information about bath, places to go, where to eat etc including discounted access to thermae spa which we took

the location is totally central, and the bath and spa services at this hotel are excellent

the staff were exceptional, the hotel was really clean, lovely spa too

would be better if hotel guests could use the spa as much as they like rather than at set times

wasn't thrilled that our spa session was interrupted by a 1-hour long senior water yoga session.

bed was very comfy, bedroom and bathroom were a great size, also enjoyed using the spa and the hotel bar had

was fabulous, location perfect for visiting the town ,shopping or the spa and the hotel itself nicely

we had a fantastic stay. the staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

very pet friendly and went out of their way to keep us and our dog comfortable.

nothing - our stay was perfect. we hope to revisit once the spa is ready!

the spa at the hotel is amazing, central location, close to everything

hotel - its been recently refurbished so everything was new and the spa facilities were excellent

the pictures of a pool are actually the thermal spa nearby, which is also gorgeous and worth a visit

they advised me how to get to the spa and were generally very polite and

about 15-minute walk to bath spa station

wifi was so-so

room was large, staff were wonderful. bar and dining exceptional. car valet service fantastic.

so much character in the whole place & 24/7 room service for those coming in late from their travels

feel the spa could have been bigger

spa was a little smaller than expected, but the overall experience at the hotel was still 10/10

everything was exceptional, the service, the rooms, the spa and the food

of most fanatastic experience i ever had, everything including breakfast, spa and services was perfect to
