we loved the beautiful views, butterflies, pool - and the delicious breakfast.

the kitchen and bathroom were both in excellent condition, which made the stay comfortable and

all the kitchen items listed weren't in the room (not sure if they were available on request)

no room service or help to clean up the great number of branches falling down all the time

also, we asked if we could do the laundry, and it was done for us (with payment) the same day

is why we booked this property- the only thing they did was allow us to use the jacuzzi in the spa but unfortunately

some communication problems because we were not in wifi so we had to wait to check in.

the quality of the food from the kitchen is a little inconsistent day to day; some day it's great and other

to top it all off, we even had the incredible experience of sharing breakfast with some curious monkeys

spa was relaxing and good massages- although you could gather they were inexperienced

the spa and restaurant proved to be a great idea and we had one of the best margaritas ever at the bar

pool is very small and cold / freeze the spa is good very expensive and the jacuzzi is not

we weren't able to find much english/american television, but the wifi is strong enough to stream your movies

our room was clean, wifi was great, and water was warm / great water pressure

it was incredibly windy at night, it was howling so loud our kids were terrified

parking are too narrow

some cabins had a precarious parking spot so be careful if you have a big car

tony helped me evaluate the spanish language junk messages on my phone and helped us get laundry service
