pool, spa and restaurant staff!

we lounged by the pool each day, made use of the fitness centre, and did aqua aerobics every afternoon

in we got moved from casa 4 to casa 2 which as 2 adults was great to be nearer the main hotel (kids area is more

breakfast and lunch are buffet with many delicious and fresh options, dinner requires a reservation

closed for 3 days because of a private event and we had to do long lines in the other one to get breakfast

the spa is incredible, and highly recommend

starting with the very friendly staff, the stunning common spaces, pools, restaurants, spa and of course the

beautiful property, great staff, loved the kids club!

there are over 400 acres of land for some to explore and our teens enjoyed playing with other kids as well as

overall the experience is just great. an addition of a snack bar would be great.

road on arrival is a huge dissapointment with big billboards, also no umbrellas around the pool areas

had a small pool to ourselves, but the sun loungers needed pads to lay on, the wood was very hard, even with a

food very plain, watered drinks, uncharming pool area, lack of sunbeds

one of them has the fish spa and you sit on the steps and get your feet nibbled by little fishes

there was also no mention of no wifi in my room, which i had to walk to the common areas to use
