the bathroom was a bit bigger and that there was room service for dining

i called front desk to confirm pool / spa was open, i was told that it was open to limited availability

service was superb the staff were courteous roomy rooms exceptional all around clean pool and spa nice views

the extra parking lot was a bit scary at night. i would have appreciated a small room fridge.

the shuttle to midway to hop on the orange line is a real +

i wish the pool space and the pool could have been bigger. it was nice but it was only up to 4'6

staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with the getting the airport shuttle.
