pool and hot tub were a hit for both the adults and kids

the on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and bar were great amenities to have on site.

the bathroom was a bit bigger and that there was room service for dining

spacious rooms with spa tub. bed was comfy.

i had to reclean the spa tub there was hair in it

the spa tub was much bigger than expected. pleasant surprise.

the time it took to resolve the situation took me away from spending time at the roof top bar with other family

as was evident by the ball of hair under the sheets, and the bugs crawling all over the spa tub

to another hotel kind of tucked away so it took a few minutes to find it but once we did, the parking lot was

the king suite spa was huge as well

the spa took 45 to 60 minutes to fill and is only big enough for one person

i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

my fireplace wasn t working and my cold water on the jacuzzi was messed up

parking was good. fridge and microwave good. loved the steam room and jacuzzi.
