service was superb the staff were courteous roomy rooms exceptional all around clean pool and spa nice views

i called front desk to confirm pool / spa was open, i was told that it was open to limited availability

when allowing customers to book for some big school event they should find a way to keep the kids away from

one of the guy did not even want to give water to the kids

very comfortable bed, overall great place and would stay again. pool was nice too.

we took our kids (indoor) swimming and it started to rain outside, then the rain starts pouring inside also,

our key cards were working for the room and even when using the gym

bar say they wasn t affiliated with the hotel wouldn t let is get wine glasses the bar is

gym is too basic not clean not well mantained

the quaintness of the hotel and surrounding area; the spa right next door makes it great to get pampered and

called in advance to make sure there would be no problem with the pet and then they spring really resistive

great new hotel. lovely interior and upscale decor. staff is very friendly. wifi is great.

the kids had frozen fun drinks all day & felt like they were on vacation for our little staycation

we also like the furniture in lobby area connecting to the gym

imagine you are slicing into a lack of lamb and then a group of kids in swimwear goes right by your table

(i regret that i dont recall his name) the lobby entrance is very upscale and nice, the pool was great, and

spa room and they didn't have one, had to settle for lower room type that wasn't much cheaper than

traveled for a three weeks and before booking of hotels we checked if there is a laundry room - it was very

argue about that i stayed for 3 whole days never got a chance to get in pool it was over crowded gym over crowded

girls ( granddaughters 21 and 11) are fish so first thing is the pool

hot tub, pool, free parking, in a nice remote quiet area.

king suite with spa tub very big for the normal

staff , no good wifi, no towels

not sure why but hotel rents out parking making it difficult for people who are staying there

no little note saying what the wifi password was or anything like coffee for the morning
