spa services were wonderful

great location- close to shopping and restaurants clean facility spa services

but an overpriced spa was offered

were very helpful and friendly always and shuttle took me to the mall and to run errands all the time

or microwave in our room so i contacted the front desk to ask could i use the fridge for the mini bar and take

the outdoor spa hot tub

the inside pool was ok just super full of kids splashing and jumping and had to be cleaned more than once and

wifi was unusable it was so slow and the carpet was stained everywhere

very nice lounge areas, a starbucks on site, room service and a massive pool

super clean and they have a starbucks & bar and grill.

the spa tub was much bigger than expected. pleasant surprise.

large trucks were taking a majority of the parking closer to the doors taking up multiple spaces and blocking

hotel is situated about 20 minutes drive from chicago downtown and has free parking

no breakfast and it says pet friendly but if you don't let them know you have a pet they charge you $250

whether it s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic

provided me an early check in accommodation, they worked with me for my cash deposit because i lost my debit

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

i still had to figure out how i can get there with a shuttle, which was like a 15 minutes wait and then another

wifi isn't free (its 2017) that's like paying for hot water
