building in a beautiful location, excellent spa treatments, good restaurant - and even an outdoor pool

the couples massage at the spa was amazing

staff in restaurant was inattentive, booking staff in spa was unhelpful, disinterested, and classless

we had the king spa suite. it was great and comfortable.

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

we didn't use the spa but it was nice knowing it was available

nothing i didn't like at this location,i can only speak for the spa tub room never had any other

room was fantastic, roomy, with spa tub.

the king and spa bath highly reccomend it. my wife loved it.

booked hotel specifically because it had a spa tub - did not work for last 4 days of my trip

there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we checked in

they closed all the restaurants and room service for a huge groups of people who took over the hotel they

crowded, the pool was inaccessible too many people and kids and noisy , pool bar not very

cleanliness, room service and location.

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

staff were very welcoming. the facility is pet friendly and clean

location is not the best, breakfast sucks and no functioning laundry at time of stay.
