experience, clean and friendly employee s, the pool was excellent and free breakfast was awesome

the laundry facilities were closed due to renovation

kids liked the breakfast bar

any help i needed was promptly given from coins for the laundry to towels at night or help with tv

luckily my kids didn't see them earlier as well else they would have played with it or worse could have been

the laundry and the continental breakfast

felt safe while staying with 3 kids

spa was down our entire stay

to this wuhan virus, the pool, spa and restaurant were not open to the public

that pool was closed but with covid understandable

is a beautiful hotel, incredible amenities and an awesome pool, spa and splash pad

the hotel advertising had a big swimming pool but would be surprised to see that actually it s too small and

room was big, didn't notice room odor and parking was okay

booked for 6 day's i always call to ask if pools are open well they lied i called before i booked i was told

spa wasn t ready. room had left over food from last guest. not accurate w price and room

i like to sell this i like the comfort everything was nice and clean is this breakfast

pet area wasn t clean and the rooms assigned for pets 3 floor it needs more care and maintenance,

close to the casino and the beaches and they are pet friendly with a non refundable fee.

the staff turned on the heater in the spa it was great

very disappointed that the spa does not get warmed up until after 4pm

the idea of the spa tub is cool, but it was small and odd shaped
