no manual in the room with helpful information on room service or how to operate the tv/microwave etc

no one answering the phone at customer service or room service

room service will only clean your room if your stay is four nights or longer

i got in late at and though no room service, they had a microwave in room and a shop to buy something to make a quick snack

i discussed this concern with the front desk the next morning, i was told that they didn t have room service at night
