exceptional care and support to manage our requests (tee time booking, room service etc). (+)only stayed one night, but the suite was clean, lots of room, room service food was great, and so was breakfast (-)the room service. the meal i had was not great club sandwich (-) i did not eat in any other restaurant the room service was also poor value for money (-)room service was raw and had to be reordered - food at the oasis bar was ok but not great (-) in hindsight we should just have got room service (-) the room service menu only added one or two different dishes like spagetti bolognese (+) when ordering room service it came very quickly too and we found staff to be very friendly and accommodated late (-) the room service was extremely slow, having to wait an hour for breakfast to arrive is a bit much
